Water quality and what the sturgeon eats has a major impact on the health of the fish and the quality of the caviar. In our farm we have a unique way of breeding our fish. Among other things we simulate all seasons around the Caspian Sea. What our fish eats in our farm can be found in the wild sturgeons diet around the Caspian Sea.
That's one of the secret to produce the best caviar.
