Caviar Sevruga from the sturgeon Acipenser Stellatus produced with only 3% sea salt. Sevruga is an exclusive caviar and originates from the Caspian Sea. Soft creamy eggs with platinum-colored caviar eggs that give a delicate taste of the sea combined with creamy hazelnut and a finish of mineral-rich buttery notes. Size of the eggs around 2.8 mm.
