Caviar Beluga Huso Huso is considered the most exclusive caviar. Our Beluga caviar is produced only with seasalt and no preservatives. The fact that a Beluga first gives caviar at the age of 25 years makes this caviar unique. The eggs are at least 3.5mm in size, the color is dark to light gray and it is the lighter gray that is especially appreciated. The eggs are soft and have a high creaminess with hints of cream and butter.
