Caviar Osetra Royal from the Russian sturgeon Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii. produced with only 3 % sea salt. Osetra Royal is our extra sorting of the size of eggs. In a year there are only a few sturgeons where we classify caviar as Royal. The sturgeon originates from the Caspian Sea and has been bred for a long period. Solid eggs (at least 3,2 mm) with platinum colored caviar eggs giving a delicate taste of intense dried hazelnut and the finish of browned mineral-rich butter. Size of eggs at least 3,2 mm.
