Caviar Osetra Imperial from the Russian sturgeon Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii. produced with only 3 % sea salt. Osetra Imperial is our finest sorting of caviar. During the season, only a few sturgeons produce this unique caviar. The sturgeon originates from the Caspian Sea and has been bred for a long period. Solid eggs with emerald green and gold-colored caviar eggs that give intense sea flavor and finishes of browned mineral-rich butter. Size of eggs at least 3,2 mm.
